We are happy to work on fixed and predictable fees in an area which previously had been notorious in complaint generation in the industry. Our fixed fee price list gives the basic product bundles which prices as per our online store. If there is an additional work the amount stated is what you will pay if there is additional work to do. Anything that is not the list is our risk and you will not pay anything for it. The basic bundle will include the lenders legal services fee, a small adminstration charge for photocopying, faxing, postage and telephone. It also includes the case tracking fee which we pay all to Redbrick Solutions Limited who provide the offsite case tracking and management system Conveyanclink.

Now we turn to talk about disbursements, but I hear you say what are these? Disbursements are any costs which are NOT our professional and adminstrative fees and will be payable to third party service providers etc,  for example, land registration fee is value based, the more expensive the purchase price the higher the registration fee. We cannot control or hold third party levels of fees but we will aim to keep you informed about the latest price. There is no profit element on top of these costs and you will only pay what has been paid by us on your behalf.
