Family & Finances
We provide divorce and dissolution services where a marriage or civil partnership has broken down. As long as the couple are in agreement about this and subject to the rules, the divorce or dissolution are usually straighforward and can be carried out on a fixed fee and online here.
We also advise on family finances after the above and also matters of contact and residence of any children of the couple. Please note however that we do not provide any public funded services. Please note that since April 2011, mediation has become compulsory for non urgent matters relating to finances and children and all efforts should be made to attend and adhere to any agreements after mediation.
