Under the Legal Services Act 2007, solicitors can act as commissioner of oaths. We can assist with all minor attestation and certification where required, please note that these services are normally provided by drop in after 4pm Monday to Friday (exc public holidays). Please see our online services for bespoke documents as these are not usually in standard forms. Credit and Debit cards are accepted subject to small surcharge.
We can also arrange legalisation of documents which have been attested by us or any other solicitor, barrister or notary public. Please note that it your responsibilty to check these requirements. Most legalisation is completed by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office within 2 working weeks sometimes sooner. We can provide emergency legalisation within 24 hours during the nearest working day.
