Unfortunately due to the nature of life clients at various points in their lives have to make financial or other provisions for their loved one when they are no longer here and sometimes safeguards for themselves while they are.
We strongly recommend for potential clients who are approaching retirement or have been diagnosed with terminal or other degenerative condition, that while they are in relatively good health to consider making a Will and a Lasting Power of Attorney.
